ITEMS LOST IN THE AIRPORT
For items lost at the airport and not on your flight, submit a Lost and Found Claim with Norfolk International Airport HERE. After a claim is filed, Boomerang will send an email with information within 24 hours. Check the status of an existing claim HERE.
Found item pick-up hours are 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Lost item claims can be made at any time.
ITEMS LOST ON AN AIRCRAFT
For items lost on an aircraft check with your airline directly using the contacts below. Items lost on an aircraft will not automatically be transferred to ORF Lost and Found. We recommend submitting a claim with both your airline and ORF in case your item is brought to ORF’s Lost and Found. Submit a claim with ORF HERE.
